Mike, so that was you Friday morning?? I was in the green gsr (c/f hood, jdm front conversion) just leaving when you came in I think. So Lawrence was able to get you past 200 huh? nice. Just the day before, I saw a bone stock S2000 put down 206 on their rollers. The curves look almost identical to a s/c'd b18c ('cept for the 9k redline!)

Oh yeah I remember your friend's black R...didn't know it was you that day. Are those 17" Advan TC's on your car? They looked BIG. How much they weight?
yeah those are the rims. they are 215x40ZR 17's on Bridestone Pole Position SO2's. They actually dont weight too much more then the stock type R rims. When I hold each rims in each hand, they feel about equal to the TC slightly heavier. I would put my stock R rimsd on, however its almost impossable to hook up when I punch it. (They also make horrable rain tires!)

Nice! I've seen 17" volk te37s on an R and your Advans look bigger (maybe just an illusion from the spoke pattern/design) You should just plop the wheels w/ tire on a bathroom scale and weigh em. I bet your stock combo is >5lbs lighter! but yeah traction would be an issue.

Yeah, they are my friends. Its two new celicas, new Si, Dinan M3 (far backround), and behind me is a black ITR, and a new AMG CLK430. And if you cant tell thats at a high school. I was just posing my car for the school news paper, after I graduated awhile back.
But yeah the TC seem to look huge. Its probally cause the tires are so thin, and of course the spoke design.

rboosted,, when i was at nopi Nats i was talking to a guy with a type R SC, and he's hitting 235hp, and 157lbs of torque,, here's a list of mods he told me about...
JRSC 4.0Pulley, i think a different crank pulley,, anyways whatever he has he's hitting 7-7.5psi, water injection, timing at 10degrees,stack intake, 4-1header, 3" cat back THERMAL, test pipe, 95GSR ECU OBD1, with modified wiring harness, ohh and cam gears.... Thats it, no ignition, not MSD BTM, NO J&S,, I seen the dyno, its unreal.................anyways, he said Water injection Makes a huge difference, every supercharged R that was there, hitting high numbers, had water injection, even a yellow one, hitting 240hp..at 9psi

Yeah, thanks for the info. I know both of them! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif The guy that showed you his plot, is Scott. He's the one who told me to try this pulley/belt trick! LoL. (Small World. Intresting mods huh! The water injection is ok. Actually my dyno place has tried it on a JRSC type R. With 5.5psi, and 8psi. For some reason it gave no power gain. When they pulled the kit apart, they showed me the damage the H2O kit can do after some years.
I will be trying all those mods. Hopefully I will be able to hit 250 without going 8psi. If I do go 8psi, I want to hit 280! (Yes, I know those numbers are crazy! But hell, its worth a shot! http://www.hostboard.com/ubb/smile.gif

what exactly does the water injection destroy after time?, I think everyone is using it, for detonation control, because of the slight cooling it does to the intake charge, and to run higher boost pressure, I wouldn't think it would do too much damage, unless you were always were on boost, and you had it set to come on at 1psi,,, Scott said he had his set to spray at 4psi... I'm definetly going to take some of his thoughts, especially the OBD 1 conversion, and 3" exhaust, thinking about a Magnaflow 3", but I want to research that company more before i decide to get it.........

I listened to a 91 Integra with a 2.5" exhaust and 2.5" Magnaflow mufflers. I must say that I was really impressed by how mellow it sounded for using straight through mufflers. I think you'd be impressed too.
